Shimano MBFC Classic – ENTER HERE
Fees: MBFC Members – free. Non MBFC club members incur a $40 entry fee.
Boundaries: MBFC Club Boundaries. CLICK HERE to see the Boundary map. Proof of capture location may be required.
Qualified Species: Snapper, Kingfish, Kahawai, John Dory, Trevally. Maximum of 1 fish to be weighed per angler per species.
When: Saturday 23rd November 6.00am – 9.00pm
Briefing: November Club Night and/or communications the evening of Thursday 21st November
Weigh in: Opens at 3.30pm at Mairangi Bay Bowls Club. Anglers MUST be in the weigh in line at 4.30pm to enter a fish.
Prizing Giving: Mairangi Bay Bowls Club 6.00pm
Food & Drinks: The bar will be open; snacks and Dinner will be available throughout the evening.
Fish Filleting: Will be available by Kai Ika team at the prizegiving for $3 per fish. Please get onboard and support this great kiwi company feeding those less fortunate.
Communication: Will be on VHF Channel 77
Weigh in / Prizegiving Schedule:
- 3.15 pm Clubhouse open for drinks & Snacks. BYO snacks /cheeses etc are welcome.
- 3.30 pm Weigh in & Kai Ika Fish filleting opens.
- 4.15pm Kids – Free Mr Whippy
- 4.30 pm Weigh in line is shut off.
- 5.00- 5.30 pm Food will be provided for all anglers and MBFC members
- 6.00 pm Prizegiving begins.
- 6.30 pm Prizegiving concludes.
- 10.00pm Bar closes
